Dorothy (HC Sweet Toothe)
Price: $12,000
Dorothy is a 2-year-old mare who was started this spring and now has about four months of training under her belt. She is really cowy, honest in her movements, and takes to learning quickly, making her a fun young prospect with plenty of feel and try.
Dorothy is easy to handle, pleasant to be around, and eager to please—an uncomplicated mare with a solid start and the kind of mind that makes her enjoyable to bring along. With her sire being a cutting horse and her mom and grandsire out of cow horse, we could see her going in a few directions.

Kit Caboodle
SOLD
Kit Caboodle, a proven brood mare and daughter of the well-known Kit Kat Sugar, along with her red roan filly (sired by Bet Ichi, AQHA registration pending) born May 18.
Kit Kat has been exposed to Bet Ichi this year, and sells with her paid 2026 breeding to Bet Ichi, making this a strong package for anyone looking to add proven bloodlines and future breeding value to their program whether you’re looking for cutting or cow horse lines. She is 5 panel negative.
Kit Caboodle is 10 years old and was shown in cow horse and retired to us pasture sound. She could go back into a riding program but likely to require maintenance work to get back to performance level activity. In our herds, she’s both the leader and the babysitter.
This is part of our herd dispersal sale, and we will be selling all of our brood mares.

Rey Caliente is an 8-year-old brood mare brought up from Texas, daughter to Spots Hot.

Cali is a brood mare only. She was not started but is halter broke and lovely to be around. She has been exposed to Bet Ichi this year, so comes with her paid 2026 breeding to Bet Ichi, offering added value for anyone wanting to bring a strong pedigree into their breeding program. She is 5 panel negative.

Cats N Reys (“Sunny”)
SOLD
Sunny has been part of our broodmare band for about two years, and she has quickly become the leader of our herd while staying sweet as sunshine. With more than $32,000 in NCHA earnings, she brings proven talent, heart, and presence to our program. When we purchased Sunny, we were told she was an ICSI only breeding, and we are fortunate to have five Sannman-sired embryos on ice, with our first foal expected in 2027. We are thrilled to watch her legacy unfold and cannot wait to see what her babies grow up to do.
